Easy to swallow...

Despite the other comments, I think these are easy to swallow...They aren't coated so i can see how they might get a little stuck, but they are small and if you drink a few sips of water they go right down. My only complaint is that I haven't really noticed any difference since I've been taking them, but it's only been about 2 weeks.

I want to state first off that these pills do work. I took them for palpitations (irregular heartbeat) and they did help regulate my rhythm. The only bad thing about taking them is that they are somewhat chalky. They fall apart in your mouth which makes them difficult to swallow and unpleasant to take. I finally switched to another brand altogether (GNC Magnesium 500mg) that is also sold on this site which I like much much better.

I find that when I've been diligent about taking magnesium, my pms symptoms are less severe. However, the only thing that keeps me from giving this five stars is the fact that these pills are very difficult to take. They aren't coated, and are the only pills that make me want to gag when I take them. They just about scrape your throat. I'll opt for a different maker next time.
